Colour it your way: Silk scarf workshop
On Tuesday the 6th of March at ECU a workshop was presented by the wonderful and experienced Gill Treichel and focused on effective and creative ways to colour fabric. During the workshop Gill demonstrated techniques in dying silk scarves using water based dyes, creating artworks using crayons to decorate different fabrics, and working with other mediums that allow the transfer of pictures onto fabrics.
